The Puppeteer

This... This was a painful challenge. This is the very main core of the entire show, everything leads to this insanely huge monstrosity, literally.
The Puppeteer is both a character and the place where all the Freaks Magic goes, in order to spread it among the Freaks themself, and she does so by pulling the threads from her fingers, threads that form a vast and complex web, and every single of them is connected to one of the minor spider-like tents. She makes them move around, as they feed on the Magic that the Freaks gain from their shows and then send it back to the Puppeteer through her own threads.
In the beginning, after going through the entire design process, I ended up with something I believed was satisfying to me, but after looking at it in color, I realized I could go for a better design, so by taking the initial result as the new starting point I finally got someting that made me proud of my twisted mind.
Her head is a carousel with multiple faces, and it can turn around independently from the block supporting the arms, which can turn around as well.
